I believe the ocean connects all life. Its beauty, power, and fragility mirror the qualities I see in people—especially women. That’s why the sea, relationships, and mermaids appear so often in my work. Mermaids, to me, represent the strength, softness, and resilience women carry within them. Through these themes, I explore identity, connection, and the balance between vulnerability and power.

Teaching art is a natural extension of this. Creativity is meant to be shared, and it’s a joy to help young artists discover their voice and confidence. Guiding them reminds me of the importance of imagination and the value of expressing ourselves freely.
