Protecting your privacy is important to me. I hope the following statement will help you understand how I collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide to me on my site.

Examples are things like what type of browser and operating system you are using; how long did you stay on my site; what pages did you look at. This helps with understanding how visitors browse the site so a better experience can be made.
I will collect information from you when you purchase a class or product directly from me. This will include information such as your name, address, postal code, phone number, etc. I need this information to process payment and ship merchandise to you. When you purchase an item from my Etsy shop at www.etsy.com/shop/NancyQstudio I will collect your name, address and postal code for shipping. Etsy does not share financial information with their sellers. I will not receive your payment information or phone number from Etsy. Sharing of information: I don't do it!

Under no circumstances will I share any personal information collected with any third parties or web sites. All the information you give me is completely private and used solely for order processing and shipping. If you give me permission to send you marketing emails then I will use your email for that purpose, but never does that email get sold or distributed to any other web site or list.
All the payment information I collect is done so under SSL - a standard internet security measure.
Payment Processors: Payments for artwork sold through my online store at www.etsy.com/shop/NancyQstudio are processed through Etsy. Most major credit cards and Paypal is accepted. Etsy does not share a customers financial information with me. I do receive addresses and emails for both contacting and shipping. Payments for CSD Children's classes are processed through CSD The City of Elk Grove. The only information I receive is the students name and the parents phone number and email for contacting and teaching reasons. CSD does not share payment or address information with me. Payments made to me for art services rendered will be billed through Square credit card processing or Paypal processing. I will not share or keep personal information. It will temporarily be obtained for the collecting of funds and/or shipping.
