Processing Times:  The time needed to create and prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. 

Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Nancy is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and cancellations are accepted

• Contact Nancy within: 5 days of delivery 
• Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
• Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase
• Refund will be processed within 24 hours when returned item is received.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns can't be accepted.

• Custom or personalized orders
• But if there is a problem please reach out and I will help.  If a return is accepted due to special circumstances a 15% restocking fee will be required to cover working time.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
