Processing Times: The time needed to create and prepare an order for shipping varies. Original paintings will ship within 5 working days. Art Prints will ship within 6 working days. See custom policies below.
Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Nancy is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and cancellations are accepted
- Contact Nancy within: 5 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase
- Refund will be processed within 24 hours when returned item is received.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns can't be accepted.
- Custom or personalized orders
- But if there is a problem please reach out and I will help. If a return is accepted due to special circumstances a 15% restocking fee will be required to cover working time.
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Commissioned Custom Artwork:
Processing Times: Custom paintings take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete. This can vary due to the painting itself which will be discussed with the buyer.
Payments: 50% of the payment is taken when work starts. The remaining balance is collected when the painting is completed and ready to ship.
